Executive Coordinator (Steamboat Springs)

Northwest Colorado Health is seeking an Executive Coordinator with the passion and skills to act as the Chief Executive Officer’s primary coordinator and liaison for external and internal relations. The EC assumes responsibility for filtering projects; responds to requests; and coordinates communications, business development and public relations activities and initiatives. The EC manages the CEO calendar and activities to ensure maximum efficiency and value. This position also assists with development coordination. We have been providing primary healthcare to residents since 2008. Today, you will join a healthcare organization and a staff of 11 providers at four locations, delivering primary medical, dental and behavioral health care to more than 5,500 patients. You will be welcomed into our diverse and caring environment to serve the community in which we live.

We have high expectations for you as a Executive Coordinator. We need you to:

  • Be responsible for day-to-day management of the CEO’s and activities to ensure high value time utilization of the CEO in relationship to external and internal connections.
  • Support Executive Team to ensure maximum efficiency and value in their roles.
  • Act as CEO liaison to the Board of Directors.
  • Be responsible for the overall coordination of donor management and tracking.
  • Embodies our Agency Culture.

We offer a salary that meets market values for the Colorado area and is based on experience. The salary range for this full time, 40 hour a week position located in Routt County is $25.05-$35.06 and is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Paid Time Off and our 403(b) Retirement Plan.
