Northwest Colorado Health’s Steamboat Springs office is a community health center Steamboat Springs residents can rely on for comprehensive primary care, dental care, and behavioral health services, along with Prevention Services programs. Conveniently located in the UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center medical office building, our clinic offers early and same-day appointments and connects patients to essential Routt County health services. We accept insurance, Medicaid, and offer a sliding fee scale clinic option to help make care affordable for everyone.
