The Haven Community Center is a multi-purpose facility in Hayden, Colorado. Owned and operated by Northwest Colorado Health, the space is available for a wide variety of programs and services year-round. The Haven Community Center is attached to The Haven Assisted Living Facility, but it is open for use by organizations and community groups of all ages.
