Diabetes Education Program

In addition to diabetes prevention screenings and resources we offer a Certified Diabetes Education program. Our diabetes educator is available to help individuals who have diabetes manage their condition for optimal health. If you have diabetes, diabetes education is a recognized part of your care and is covered by Medicare and most health insurance plans when it is offered through a program accredited through the American Association of Diabetes Educators or the American Diabetes Association.
