Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are open to older adults 50 and older of all abilities. We appreciate your donation of $3 per class. We do not turn away anyone due to inability to donate. If you have questions about our classes, please call 970-871-7676.

We’re so proud to have started and grown the Aging Well Program in Northwest Colorado. Starting July 1, 2022 our partners at Routt County Council on Aging will facilitate Aging Well Fitness Classes in Steamboat Springs, Oak Creek and Hayden. Northwest Colorado Health will continue to operate Aging Well Programs in Moffat County. Due to a lack of staff and funding, Northwest Colorado Health will no longer offer Footcare Services for Older Adults in Routt and Moffat Counties effective March 1, 2023.
