Connie Radebaugh
I am a physical therapist with 20 years of experience mainly in the subacute rehabilitation setting. I grew up in Florida and got my Master’s degree in physical therapy at the University of Central Florida. I moved to Colorado in 2005 and made the Yampa Valley my home in 2014. I am passionate about home health care and helping people regain their independence as a specialist in geriatrics and neurological disorders.
