School-Based Behavioral Health
As part of our School-Based Health program, we also offer Behavioral Health services for students by school referral only. Northwest Colorado Health provides licensed Behavioral Health Providers to offer on-site visits in the schools for students of all ages. Please contact your school counselor to learn more or request a referral for this program. We serve all patients regardless of ability to pay.
