Victoria "Mick" Klohr
Victoria got the nickname “Mick” when working as a childcare provider in North Dakota. The nickname really stuck when she moved to Colorado in 2002 to work for Rocky Mountain Youth Corps (RMYC). She served for four seasons with RMYC as an Outdoor Education Mentor and Crew Leader, working with various public and private entities within the state of Colorado including USFS and the DOW. After her service with youth corps was over she worked to make Steamboat her home and in 2018 received her Associates in Paralegal Studies with honors and two semesters on the dean’s list. Since then she has been working and living in the Yampa Valley raising three boys and a herd of animals. Mick worked for the agency for a short time and learned the many ways we serve the community. She joined the board to continue to be a part of our work and evolution.
