David Box
David was born in Fort Worth and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. After graduating from Texas Christian University (TCU), he began a career in financial services, later returning to academia to earn his MBA from the University of Houston. David was first introduced to the Yampa Valley during a guy’s ski trip in 2006, but it was a summer visit in 2021 that convinced him and his wife, Diana, to make the move permanent. They relocated to Steamboat Springs full-time in 2022.
David and Diana currently own and operate a Steamboat-based HOA management company. Guided by a deep commitment to community service, David serves on the Steamboat Planning Commission and the Rotary Board, while also volunteering for various local non-profits. An avid runner, hiker, and skier, David enjoys spending time outdoors with Diana and their three grown children, one of whom also calls Steamboat home.
