Life Enrichment Coordinator (Hayden - The Haven)
The Haven Assisted Living, a Northwest Colorado Health Community, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator with the passion and skills to be responsible for the promotion, growth and productivity of the facility’s new and existing programs. We have been providing assisted living care to residents since 1996. Today, you will join a team that offers a caring home-like atmosphere and exceptional amenities and programs for seniors. You will be welcomed into our caring environment to serve the community in which we live.
We have high expectations for you as a Life Enrichment Coordinator. We need you to:
- Cooperate and coordinate as needed with the organization’s Marketing & Development personnel in the design and distribution of marketing materials
- Be responsible for community outreach
- Attend Hayden Chamber of Commerce meetings when applicable
- Contract management, negotiation and administration
- Program inventory Control
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand the program rules and regulations
- Assist in providing staff training to meet the activity needs of residents
- Maintains and/or develops proper record keeping procedures, templates and tools to capture the personalized activity needs of the residents
- Possess computer skills sufficient to communicate electronically, produce and interpret professional documents relating to the operations of the programs involved

We offer a salary that meets market values for the Colorado area and is based on experience. The salary range for this full time 40 hour a week position located in Routt County is $18.38-$29.41 and is eligible Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Paid Time Off and for our 403(b) Retirement Plan.
