Northwest Colorado Health is seeking a Language Services Manager with the passion and skills to deliver high quality language services and support. We have been providing primary healthcare to residents since 2008. Today, you will join a healthcare organization and a staff of 11 providers at four locations, delivering primary medical, dental and behavioral health care to more than 5,500 patients. We have high expectations for you as a Language Services Manager. We need you to:

• Deliver high quality interpretive and translation services to all agency programs.
• Have excellent communication, teamwork, and computer skills. 
• Management of the Language Services functions including, but not limited to, developing and achieving strategic goals for the Language Services functions. Management of the Language Services programs such as effective communication compliance, bilingual and cultural competency.
• Management of Interpreters in day-to-day responsibilities including scheduling and assigning workloads to meet patient and program needs.
• Review and make recommendations for Agency tools and systems related to language services including interpretation and translation.
• Collaborate across all Agency programs to develop long term planning and strategies to ensure that services are utilized and meeting program need.
• Participates in the Performance Improvement process as needed to identify best practices or gaps in service for language services.
• Strong written and verbal Spanish Communication Skills required.

We offer a salary that meets market values for the Colorado area and is based on experience. The salary range for this full time (40 hour) position located in Routt County and Moffat County is $26.71-$36.46 and is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Paid Time Off and our 403(b) Retirement Plan.
