Aging Well Fitness Instructor (Hayden)
Northwest Colorado Health is seeking Aging Well Fitness Instructors with the passion and skills to deliver high quality aging well fitness services. Today, you will join a healthcare organization that provides individuals of all ages the tools and resources to prevent disease and injury and live as healthy as possible. We have high expectations for you as an Aging Well Fitness Instructor. We need you to:
- Provide comprehensive community-based healthcare and social services that promote health and wellness for older adults in rural areas. Instructors are assigned to teach evidence-based programs and/or fitness classes to promote the health and wellbeing of older adults.
- Coordinate and instruct Fitness and Aging Mastery classes in Moffat County.
- Collect data from participants as determined by Aging Well staff.
- Collect fees and/or donations at each class.

We offer a salary that meets market values for the Colorado area and is based on experience. The salary range for this PRN, 2-8 hour a week position located in Routt County at our Haven Assisted Living is $17.92-$26.78 and is eligible for our 403(b) Retirement Plan.
