Suzanne Holm is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care, orthopedics and critical care. She received her Bachelor of Science degrees in psychology and nursing from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Ill. She received her Masters of Science degree in nursing from Loyola University of Chicago in Maywood, Ill. She was a Clinical Faculty member at the College of Medicine of the University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She is board-certified in primary care.
