Suzanne Holm, DNP-C, is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner with clinical experience in primary care, orthopedics and critical care. Her broad healthcare background helps her support adult patients with preventive, acute and ongoing health needs.
Education and Clinical Training
Suzanne earned Bachelor of Science degrees in psychology and nursing from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago in Maywood, Illinois, and later earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Academic and Professional Experience
In addition to her clinical work, Suzanne served as a clinical faculty member with the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. She is board-certified in adult primary care.
