Meg Rosen, AGNP-C - Nurse Practitioner
Meg is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her BSN from the University of Minnesota in 2012 and worked as an RN in the acute care, outpatient oncology, and inpatient hospice settings for 11 years. She then obtained her MSN from Lewis University in December 2023. She is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention in the age groups ranging from adolescents to the elderly. Meg's graduate education included an emphasis on geriatrics, and she excels in helping patients and families navigate advance directives, palliative care, and end of life discussions. She most enjoys building rapport with her patients and helping them understand their health conditions and medications.
Meg is originally from the Midwest but relocated to the Yampa Valley in 2021 and is excited to meet the healthcare needs of our community. In her free time, Meg enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, reading a good book, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
