Lillian Vandeveer, LSW - School-Based Behavioral Health Provider

Lillie is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) working as a School-Based Health Behavioral Health Provider for Northwest Colorado Health. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin and received her Bachelor of Arts in Health and Society. Lillie earned her Master's in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work in 2026 and is working towards her clinical licensure. Lillie has experience supporting clients with complex medical needs in the emergency department in Routt County, as well as supporting community members and first responders following critical incidents within the community. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in compassion. Lillie uses a trauma-informed lens and client-centered approach when working with her clients. In her free time, Lillie loves spending her time outside with her dog and testing out new recipes in the kitchen.
