Lillian Vandeveer, LSW - School-Based Behavioral Health Provider
Lillian “Lillie” Vandeveer, LSW, is a licensed social worker and school-based behavioral health provider with Northwest Colorado Health. She supports students and families using a collaborative, strengths-based and compassionate approach to behavioral healthcare.
Education and Professional Development
Lillie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health and Society from the University of Texas at Austin. She completed her Master of Social Work through the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work in 2026 and is working toward clinical social work licensure.

Approach to Behavioral Healthcare
Lillie uses a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that recognizes each person’s experiences, strengths and individual needs. She works collaboratively with clients to create a supportive environment and identify goals that are meaningful to them.

Outside of work, Lillie enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
