Lilia E.U. Luna, Psy.D - Behavioral Health Director

Lilia E.U. Luna, Psy.D., is a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist and Behavioral Health Director at Northwest Colorado Health. She specializes in behavioral health assessment and treatment within integrated healthcare settings, where behavioral health professionals collaborate with primary care teams to support patients’ overall well-being.

Education and Clinical Training

Dr. Luna completed her undergraduate studies at Regis University. Before pursuing graduate education, she volunteered in several orphanages in Central America.

She earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from George Fox University. Dr. Luna later completed her postdoctoral training through the Colorado Health Foundation at Denver Health and Swedish Family Medicine clinics.
