Hannah Meyer, FNP-BC - Nurse Practitioner
Hannah Meyer, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides patient-centered primary care for patients across different stages of life. She is passionate about preventive healthcare, child and adolescent health, and helping patients manage chronic health conditions.
Education and Clinical Training
Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Graceland University in Iowa.

Approach to Patient Care
Hannah believes that every patient is unique and deserves care that reflects their individual needs, experiences and health goals. Building meaningful connections with patients is one of her favorite parts of being a healthcare provider. She works to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and supported.
