Elise Sullivan, MD - Physician
Elise Sullivan is a family physician with over 14 years of experience providing primary care services to patients with a wide range of needs. She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2007 with a focus in rural health care. She completed residency at Santa Rosa Family Medicine in 2010 with a focus on community health and underserved populations. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and enjoys teaching medical students. Her clinical interests include pediatrics, geriatrics, women’s health including long-acting contraception such as IUDs and Nexplanon, cervical and breast cancer screening, treatment of HIV and Hepatitis C, transgender care, substance use disorder and acupuncture.
Elise grew up in Pine, Colorado and has been active in the community in Moffat County from serving on the Moffat County Board of Education and volunteering at church. Her hobbies include walking her dog, camping, snowshoeing and skiing.
She is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She takes the time to listen to her patients and understand their concerns. She believes in a holistic approach to medicine and works with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
