Diana Hornung, MD - Medical Director
Diana Hornung, MD, is a family medicine physician and Chief Medical Officer at Northwest Colorado Health. She provides leadership for the organization’s medical services and supports its commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare throughout Northwest Colorado.
Education and Medical Training
Dr. Hornung completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After graduating, she joined the Peace Corps and taught physics and chemistry in Malawi, Africa.
She later earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and completed her training through the Fort Collins Family Medicine Residency Program. Before joining Northwest Colorado Health, Dr. Hornung worked with Salud Family Health Centers in Fort Collins, Colorado.
