Diana Hornung, MD - Medical Director
Dr. Hornung is a Family Medical Physician and Chief Medical Officer for Northwest Colorado Health. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin at Madison before joining the Peace Corps, where she taught physics and chemistry in Malawi, Africa. Dr. Hornung completed her medical degree at University of Wisconsin Madison. She trained in the Fort Collins Family Medicine Residency program and then worked for Salud Family Health Center in Fort Collins.
