Our Community Health Centers located in Steamboat Springs and Craig provide low-cost health care to help people of all ages. Our patients have access to a range of health services including primary care, dental care and behavioral health support to address major health factors contributing to their overall health. We provide care to anyone who needs it, regardless of ability to pay. We offer early, late and same day appointments to ensure our patients can see a health care provider when they need to.
