Our Aging Well programs are designed to help older adults live healthier and happier in our communities. These programs engage seniors with wellness activities to reduce their risk of falls, injuries and illness and prevent social isolation. These programs are available in Craig, and all services are offered on a donation basis. We’re so proud to have started and grown the Aging Well Program in Northwest Colorado. Starting July 1, 2022 our partners at Routt County Council on Aging will facilitate Aging Well Fitness Classes in Steamboat Springs, Oak Creek and Hayden. Northwest Colorado Health will continue to operate Aging Well Programs in Moffat County. Due to a lack of staff and funding, Northwest Colorado Health will no longer offer Footcare Services for Older Adults in Routt and Moffat Counties effective March 1, 2023.
