Open Mic at the Depot
This is part of the Hospice and Bereavement program's series of events for the "Good Grief!" art exhibit.
Grief is a journey that deserves to be witnessed. Join us for an open mic night dedicated to sharing personal stories, poetry, spoken word, and music that explore the themes of loss and healing. Whether you choose to step up to the mic or simply listen, this evening is about honoring our experiences and finding connection through shared expression.
This event is co-hosted by Steamboat Creates, and a grief counselor will be on-site to offer support.
To Participate: Signup sheet will be available at the Depot starting at 6:45PM; each performer will have a maximum of 12 minutes to share. This is a sober event, with complimentary coffee and cookies available.
Recommended for ages 18+. Let’s gather in remembrance, resilience, and the healing power of shared stories.
