Nurse - Aging Well Foot Care Registered Nurse (Craig & Steamboat Springs)
Northwest Colorado Health is seeking an Aging Well Foot Care Registered Nurse with the passion and skills to deliver high quality nursing services. We have high expectations for you as an Aging Well Foot Care Registered Nurse. We need you to:
- Provide comprehensive community-based healthcare and social services that promote health and wellness for older adults in rural areas.
- Provide foot care and foot health education, to screen and make appropriate referrals for foot problems such as foot ulcers and loss of protective sensation; to enable case finding among the senior population and those with chronic disease for other problems, and to make appropriate referrals when additional care is needed.
- Identify the physical, social and emotional health needs of clients through systematic assessment utilizing professional skills including health history, physical evaluation, community assessment and other diagnostic tools.

We offer a salary that meets market values for the Colorado area and is based on experience. The salary range for this PRN, 8-12 hour a week position located in Moffat and Routt Counties is $28.63-$41.61 and is eligible for our 403(b) Retirement Plan. View a complete job description. EOE.
