Make a Plan and Build a Kit

Your family may not be together if a disaster strikes, so it's important to have a plan lining out a meeting place and how to contact one another and reconnect if separated. Get tips and resources for making your plan here

Being prepared means having the supplies you may need to evacuate or shelter in place in the event of an emergency or disaster. A basic kit should include a three-day supply of food, water and medication. Learn more about items to include in your kit and your pet's kit.
