What We DO
In the event of a disease outbreak, we address the health needs of the public in Routt, Moffat and Jackson Counties. We also provide public outreach about how to prepare for and respond to emergencies. We work in partnership with Emergency Management personnel and provide support to first responders in other types of disasters including wildfires and floods. For more information, call 970-871-7632.
What You Can Do
National, state and local organizations are constantly planning how to respond to emergencies and communicate information to the public, but residents must assume a role in their own safety. This involves having a plan for yourself and your family, being aware of possible emergency situations and having supplies to evacuate or shelter in place.
